My run from Jan 22, 2022 isnā€™t showing up on my LifeMap. Iā€™ve tried several browsers with cleared cache.

Would love to have my runs also show up on maps of individual cities.

Also my lifemap is not updated in the last few days, on Sunday (23 january) I made a new route out of town but it is not visible on lifemap. This evening I run again and I add my activity on Citystrides but I donā€™t see any change.

Looks like Iā€™m having the same issue with missing runs. I was hoping todayā€™s run would clear things out but no.

My LifeMap has been blank for the past week or so. Iā€™ve had a couple runs in the timespan. I can see otherā€™s lifemaps, but mine wonā€™t load, even on different devices.

Does it work if you visit https://citystrides.com/users/32981/map in a private browser tab?

If it does, then there seems to be something up with your private map (there are two versions of all maps - public & private). In which case Iā€™d expect the rebuild that i just queued up to fix things.

If it doesnā€™t, then there seems to be something up with your device or browser. You might get some clues in the browser console when refreshing the LifeMap page - if you get to this point itā€™s probably better to direct message me with that information.

fir what its worth, I can see your LifeMap. Have you selected the waving map icon in the upper left of the maps?

Since I posted previously, I am now able to see updates on my LifeMap. However, when I select an individual city, those maps still donā€™t have any runs shown on the map. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
