Activity not showing on LifeMap

My lifemap is no longer updating. My latest run today is on my profile but not on my map. Any idea how I can view it or get it to work?

Same issue. Cannot see the track from last Thursday. Neither in lifemap nor in the activity itself.

Same problem here, no update of the lifemap since the 22nd of January. Activities including streets are uploaded/visible in the profile overview.

Same problem. Today’s activity is on the profile but not on the lifemap. I have done shift-reload but it’s still not there.

I’m having the same issue - runs from Jan 22 and 23 are posting to my profile but not my lifemap.

I also don’t have my run from 1/22 showing up on my Life Map, but it’s in my profile. Love this platform! Hope you can resolve this bug quickly!

This issue stems from the updated LifeMap in Updates on January 22, 2022 (Release 480)

Your next saved activity will resolve the issue.
If you would like your LifeMap fixed before then, post your profile link as a reply to this thread.

I can’t see how to edit my original post but just wanted to add I’ve just done a one off subscriber payment (been meaning to do this for a while to look at the other features so thought I’d try and see if it resolved the map issue), but now I have no lines on my life map at all!

It does take a few moments to build the advanced LifeMap. I see your LifeMap now, so I think it was just a delay in the build. Sorry for not communicating that well!

I cleared my cache and recent activities are still not showing on my LifeMap. Below is the error I am getting:
v3:1 Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘https://js.stripe.com’) does not match the recipient window’s origin (‘https://citystrides.com’).

I did the same and was able to get to that message as well. Not really sure what to do with it.

Any help would be great!

I have the same problem… I ran yesterday and today still no update in the lifeMap…

Besides I still hope the city boundaries can be intergrated in lifeMap somehow. Or, better, intergrate completed streets in pinned cities…
It worked so well… last couple of weeks somehow things changed in the wrong direction.

Update: problem solved!!! Thanks for your hard work James. (And the joy I have with citystrides)

Hello, I have the same issue, my activities are not updated from January 21st in the LifeMap. In the specific maps of cities no route is shown, the map appears blank.Thanks In advance for your work and help.

My individual activites can be seen when selected, but when I go to view my lifemap, it is blank. I did clear my browser cache with change in the results.

Update It appears to be working correctly now. Thanks!

Wanted to update that I just cleared my cache, 2:25pm EST, went to CityStrides and brought up my LifeMap and yesterday’s run is now appearing. Thank you for any fix you have made. Individual city maps are still not showing completed roads, but I didn’t think that was getting fixed with whatever is going on with the overall LifeMap.

Alright, cool - confirmed that the rebuild sorted it out for you.

I expect everyone’s next activity to fully fix their LifeMap, but by all means - if you’re here and want it fixed now, just post your profile link.
