Hi James, my life map is not updating, I donā€™t know how long itā€™s been missing as Iā€™ve not used it in a while but am starting to get back to it in the next few weeks after illness, any help getting my life map back would be great, thanks Nikki

I completed a few streets in a new town (Bournemouth, UK) at the weekend. They appear on my user activity: Martin Bailey - CityStrides but not on the LifeMap at Martin Bailey's Map View - CityStrides. Many thanks if you can push this through for me.

James, I trust you, but i have activities that are a week old that havenā€™t been added to my lifemap. They were on my lifemap, but then my subscription ended (I only have a subscription when on vacation because I donā€™t live in a city) and now they arenā€™t on my map. So is there an age requirement for activities to appear on my lifemap if I am not a subscriber? Or maybe I shouldnā€™t suggest this, because itā€™s a not-too-shabby business idea, lol

Oops - I wasnā€™t rebuilding the LifeMap after a subscription ends ā€¦ Iā€™ve just sent yours in for a rebuild & Iā€™m fixing the issue up now.

James, can you reprocess my lifemap.

Runs have not added to lifemap for weeks. I add runs daily that appear on the dashboard.

I purchased the app for goodwill, thanks.

My last walk is uploaded and i can see the route on the map but it sais that i havenā€™t done any progress in no street at all. What can I do to fix that?
