Hey, I have an activity that shows on my dashboard from January 27, 2026 but the activity is not represented on my LifeMap. Tried single activity queue but no luck!
Help! My map is completely missing.
The total streets and the activities in my profile information is correct, but nothing is coloured purple anymore.
I’m testing a different version of the LifeMap to see if it helps with database load. Basically, between regular activity processing, post-city-sync processing, and serving maps directly from the database … it was putting serious strain on the database.
While it is helping, there have been a couple small issues.
Prior to Feb 5, non-Supporters had a ~20 hour delay on activities making it into their LifeMap. This is now down to a ~3 hour delay. BUT. 
I shipped a bug that resulted in broken LifeMaps for non-Supporters with more than 1k activities. That’s fixed now. This means your next saved activity will fix your LifeMap (again). I can rebuild your LifeMap if you share your profile link.
Supporters have very little delay - it’s usually nothing, but can get up to 5 minutes. Similarly, the last test that resulted in faster builds will further improve things for Supporters as well.
Some people have an entirely blank LifeMap. The next saved activity will resolve this automatically. I can also manually build your LifeMap if you share your profile link.
If you had a blank LifeMap & I fixed it up for you, there can be a delay (I think it’s 5 minutes) where the previously cached ‘blankness’ is still served. This would present itself as the map disappearing at certain zoom levels. We can only wait the ~5 minutes for that to resolve itself - nothing else can be done about that.

I appear to be having the same issue that Caroline did. All of my data is showing correctly, though my map won’t seem to populate.

Me too! No Life Map and no progressions / finished streets even though there should be. And, agreed, thank you for everything, including helping me with my sync today.

Your processing (progressed/completed streets) is going to be delayed, because I shoved like 40,000 activities into the queue about an hour ago. I’m guessing about an hour wait on that.
The LifeMap build for non-Supporters is currently ~10 hours delayed.
Apologies - it’s a really bad situation right now. I’ve been working on some large infrastructure strains since about October and it’s at the point where I can / have to test the alternatives I’ve been working on.

It looks like my activities are all still there, but my life map is completely missing. Will this be fixed after the processing you mentioned above is complete?
The next saved activity will resolve this issue, but I did just send in your LifeMap for a rebuild.
There might be some caching to wait for as well, so it could be ~5 minutes for it to clear up.

I had an activity earlier today and it shows up on my profile, but it doesn’t appear on my Lifemap.
My Lifemap otherwise appears, it just hasn’t updated with today’s activity.
Well, please know how much I appreciate you and what you have created here. I know how much time it must take to run this and it is such an important tool to so many. Thank you for always being on the ball and taking the time to reply!

Two activities from 01/29/2025 were not synchronized automatically. I manually synchronized them by adding the Strava activity URL. The activities are now visible and the street count is correctly updated, but the colored streets are not displayed on the map, although the streets are correctly marked as completed.
Is there a problem with the lifemap? Mine is currently blank. I recently updated to the latest iphone os and am using safari.

Hello! I’m also missing all recorded streets on my lifemap, despite my activities still being there. Will it return by itself or do you need to rebuild it from your end?
Anyone else? Activity is there and node hunter still works but the visual lines of past tracks aren’t showing on life map.

Logging out and in
Re-syncing
Using a different browser
Clearing cache
Not sure if this is a wider issue or just me?

I’ve got a similar issue today.
I ran in a completely new area. The activity, and associated map, are visible, along with the new completed and progressed streets stats. But my ‘Life Map’ does not show the results of the activity, even after 12 hours of periodically checking back.
I have had issues with Wandrer.earth not importing running and walking activity, so when this site was mentioned to me I hoped for better results.
Unless it’s me that is doing something wrong…?
I had the same issue with my run today. The run shows in my activity list, and the associated map is visible, along with the completed nodes and streets. However the life map is not updated after checking back over 10+ hours.
