James, can you reprocess my lifemap.
Runs have not added to lifemap for weeks. I add runs daily that appear on the dashboard.
I purchased the app for goodwill, thanks.
My last walk is uploaded and i can see the route on the map but it sais that i haven’t done any progress in no street at all. What can I do to fix that?

Last two activities missing, from March 20th and 21st. They show as actities in my profile, but not on the Lifemap.
I ran in Southport, NC on Friday 3/20 and the map still has not updated. My husband is having the same issue. Dano Gedman - CityStrides
Yeah, there’s a massive delay right now - visible in the Status page - and I hope to get some infrastructure up soon to help work through it.
My city map shows no completed streets. Today’s run completed 3 streets and progressed 4. I’ve run 334 streets but my map is blank. Help?! I don’t know if I’m posting in the right place, but I’m just trying to figure out how to fix it. I’ve logged in and out twice. I did a run which has sync’d, but my heatmap is still blank. Toggling the map doesn’t do anything. Garmin connectiion is on.
Same, map shows zero completed streets for me, but they all still show as completed on my profile list. Also, several smaller villages that I had previously completed don’t show up at all in my list of 100% cities…the larger towns still show up…did something change to eliminate smaller municipalities like villages?
Thought i was an odd ball but it appears I’m not haha…

I think I’m having this problem today too. Today’s run (03/29) shows no completed/no progress and the run doesn’t show on my lifemap/heatmap. When I search the nodes I ran today, they are still red in spite of my run. (I took a photo of my heatmap a few days ago and intentionally ran new streets so I know no progress is wrong.)
I’ll wait and see if it updates in the next few days.

I’ve been using CityStrides for a couple years, and for some reason all my other data is syncing into CityStrides and my ranking is still there, but I can’t see any of the routes I’ve done in my Lifemap.
Should I just completely delete my account and start from scratch and connect it with Strava again? I’ve tried disconnecting Strava a couple times, but it has not worked.
No, revoking access is never the answer. All that does is delete your data and force the system to recreate/reprocess it. Only revoke access if you want to leave CityStrides forever.
I can send in a rebuild for your LifeMap now.

Similar to what other people have shared, my life map is not updating even though the activities are showing up in the activity log on the home page. My profile is M - CityStrides. Thank you so much for your help!
