Replying to myself to provide an update…

Over the weekend, I turned on a piece of infrastructure that lets me churn through larger background queues … It turns out that the previous issue that caused blank LifeMap was not resolved (it’s to do with the hosting provider not pulling the latest version of the code, and instead using an old version that has the blank LifeMap bug in it) … I was wrong :angry: and it cleared out a bunch of LifeMaps again :enraged_face:

I can manually build your LifeMap if you share your profile link. I cannot help you if you do not share your profile link.
Other things that will cause your LifeMap to be rebuilt are saving a new activity, and becoming a Supporter. Remember that there’s a delay on that build queue, which you can view in the Status page.

Hi James,

My LifeMap has stopped loading across all devices (Chrome, Edge, iOS). I’ve reached about 50% completion in Almere (a very large city), and it seems I’ve hit a data limit or a corrupt file.

Technical details:

  • User ID: 84097

  • Error message: Expected ',' or ']' after array element in JSON at position 65024608

  • Troubleshooting done: Cleared browser cache, tried Incognito mode, tested on different devices/networks (PC, iPhone, iPad). The issue persists everywhere.

Could you please trigger a rebuild of my LifeMap data on the server?
