Update frequency for cities?

I have updated the OpenStreetMap for my muncipality based on observations when running that some of the roads are partly private. For instance they are fenced of with a gate.
I think the total sum of this observation is positive, as I can update the OpenStreetMap to be more accurate based on my runs.
However I am wondering how often a municipality is updated? I read somewhere ( I think that it is every month for if a active runner is in that muncipality).
Earlier this year I had another forum post since where I run and update roads was not updated in quite some time.

I see last update is february 22nd. I can accept any answer I get regarding the interval, I just wanted to check if this is either a bug, or the intervall is higher than two months.

You can now start a sync for a city yourself. On a city page, click the three dots to the right of the city name, and choose Sync

Is this a subscriber only feature? I’m not seeing the three dots next to the city name. The town I’m running (Gill, MA, USA) hasn’t been updated since Feb. 26. Thanks!
