New User Activities not Sync'd

I have recently joined (on Sunday) and have now become a supporter, none of my older runs (ie. before I joined have sync’d).

My run from Sunday and Today (Tuesday) have sync’d but my Monday run has not, is there a reason for this, I have manually requested it to sync but neither Monday’s nor any historic runs have come through.
