@JamesChevalier, in addition to my request above… does it help you out if I send you the generated poly and/or osm files? I already generated them for Emmeloord with Osmosis (by using your howto page on GitHub). I can generate them for the other city’s of Noordoostpolder.

PS. there is a deadlink on the howto page on GitHub. The Polygon generation page has changed to:
