Hello! I am very new to CityStrides and absolutely love this idea! I have synced my Garmin and Strava accounts, but after reading some forums I went and paused the syncing from my Strava account to avoid duplicate activities. What I’m wondering is this: The activities that were uploaded only went back to March 2019, but I have Garmin activities logged well before then, back to 2013. Do I need to then manually put in each date for Garmin to pull if I want all those activities uploaded or is there a way to do it all at once?

Also, as long as the activities are the same from Strava to Garmin, they shouldn’t be duplicated in the CS system.
