You could draw up the old municipal borders and James can import them as a nested cities.
Not sure what the OSM guys have to say about that…

James have already suggested to divide Copenhagen in nested cities.

Adding the districts of Copenhagen to OSM

There are 10 districts in Copenhagen: Districts of Copenhagen - Wikipedia Adding those to OpenStreetMap as relations would let me sync them in as nested cities. That would help out people in Copenhagen on their 2603 (!) street journey. Anyone around here qualified to do that?
