Okay tryed one again today a nice 15km run filling some missing spots but in the dat it stops after 2 k???

I just signed up earlier today and it is not syncing up with my strava account. This is my profile:Sam Johnson - CityStrides

I have logged in and logged out a few times, refreshed pages and closed out the browser but it still shows no activities. Thanks for any help you can give me! I am excited to be able to use the site!

I had a similar issue with runs between 4th and 7th April not being recognised so I exported the GPX from Strava, deleted the activity from Strava then reimported the GPX to Strava. They immediately synched into Citystrides. At first they contained zero ‘completed streets’ but within a few hours the streets were showing as completed so this appears to have worked for me.

Hi James. Thanks for update, and for all the work you do on this. I use Runkeeper and haven’t seen a post since April 1. I imagine that will get updated as you work on it in chunks as noted in your last post. Just wanted to pass along in case it’s worth noting the Runkeeper element.

And again thanks so much for this site and community. It’s a fabric of life now.

Hello James- I’m new to City Strides (about two weeks) and have been following this thread; so I’m aware of the recent technical issues. If you could, when all is fixed, check on the following runs for me as they have not uploaded yet all which were run on 4/6:

Also, how do we report on “streets” that are not actually streets? There is a route in my town (East Aurora, NY) that are on private property and one that is a creek.

Hi there I’ve got a running missing from my Strava sync. My runs on 4/7/19 and 4/10/19 are synced, but my run on 4/8/19 is still missing from my listed activities and from my lifemap. Thanks for help with this!

If you are more adventurous, you can also update the map in openstreetmap.org which is what you map is based on Essentially, OpenStreetMap is the Wikipedia of maps, and when that master mapping database gets updated periodically, the CityStrides map will also reflect those changes.

I can’t specifically remember with the sync button but chances are if you don’t see something others talk about, you aren’t doing a little monthly donation to keep the service afloat. You don’t get the GPS toggle either.

It synced today from Strava, but didn’t from the 3rd april till the 8th.
