Iāve been a user for a little over a year now. Starting yesterday I lost all activities on my life map and Iām hoping you could help me out.
Following up on this.
After Jamesās much appreciated intervention to fix my Life Map issue, I thought Iād update how things appear to be going.
I ran today, and specifically targeted an easy to identify new area. A bunch of new streets were completed, and a couple more were progressed. Initially, the Life Map didnāt update with the new run, although the progress and the activity map could be viewed and inspected.
I canāt say exactly what time the Life Map did update, but Iāve just checked back on the site approximately 4Ā½ hours after uploading my run to Garmin Connect and syncing it with Strava, and the new activity is right there on my Life Map.
Itāll be interesting to observe how things continue over the next few days, but āso far so good.ā Fairās fair, Iāve been vocal when CityStrides didnāt work for me, so itās only right that I post something positive when the site owner has put the work in to fix the problem.

Right now, it looks like the non-Supporter LifeMap delay can dip down to ~30 minutes on off-hours (overnight here in Eastern Time) and it can kick up to (right now, 2pm Eastern Time) a 3 hour delay ā¦ I canāt recall what its peak was yesterday, but I think it was in the 4-6 hour delay area.
Iāll take sub-6-hour delay as āgood enoughā right now. Lots of emphasis on right now, because Iām also fighting to reprocess data from my screwup (detailed here) and fighting to speed up city sync work. After those two are sorted out, I can take another look at the LifeMap builds to see if I can improve that.

I donāt know if anyone has had this issue. My map has gone completely blank.
The first hint was earlier in the week, when I noticed my last run did not appear on the map, although the streets had been ticked off.
The following day ALL my runs had dissappeared, even though Iāve got about 25% of Christhchurch ticked off.
Iāve logged out, cleared cache, tried multiple devices, but nothing has worked. The same also applies to other regions where I have run.

Hello. My map is completely blank too (all stats are OK). I did another activity yesterday that synced, but the map is still blank. I only have 272 activities, so Iām not in the 1k+ group mentioned above. My profile is Jorn - CityStrides, can it be fixed?
