I am hoping to sync my City since only a few streets are left for me to complete my City. When I push manual sync, it says there are too many other items happening on the website and try to again later. Any advice? I am at 99.64% of completion for my city. Would love to get these three streets removed as they are not able to be run. They are updated in OSM. Thank you.

Yeah, there are too many jobs running right now for new cities to be synced. This can happen for larger / more populated cities - there’s more processing work to be done after the data is synced.
There’s also an automated sync system, which operates minutely & syncs as many as it can 24/7. I’d estimate that system to be on roughly a 90-day delay (after it catches up to where the previous system left off).
Oh, just in case it’s useful - the data that the cities sync with is updated daily between 1am - 2:30am Eastern time. I don’t know what the cutoff is for edits to make it in to the daily file, but based on their recurring job it looks like it might be about 9:50pm Eastern the previous evening.
Thank you, @JamesChevalier for the information. I am so close to completion for the City of Ormond Beach (99.64% - only three roads that I can’t run are showing up on the map). This has been a wonderful experience. I was just interviewed about the challenge by our local newspaper. I tell everyone about the website. You are doing a great job. Thank you for starting this!
