Sync priorities Strava vs Garnin Connect

I can see my Strava history but not all of my Garmin Connect history. I joined Strava years after I started using Garmin Connect. Any ideas how to get my Garnin connect history too?

Where are my older Garmin activities?

Garmin changed their data access rules on August 1st, 2021. They now only allow access to 5 years of historic data. This is a rolling limit, so the 5 years goes back from whatever “today” is when you connect Garmin to CityStrides. Any activities already synchronized into CityStrides will remain here, unless you delete them.
