Hi. I have a weird one. The suburb “Jolimont” no longer is appearing. I recently finished it as a suburb, but have not received the email detailing the completion of another place.it has been a few days now, and usually when I complete a suburb, the email notification is quite instantaneous, and then it shows up as completed in my list (but this one has disappeared completely).
Where’s Jolimont?
Any chance you can collect its OSM link? Their site automatically tags the URL as you zoom/pan the map, so even just navigating the map to where Jolimont is in view would help a bunch.

Indeed it is! Thanks for that…. So I can now see that I have completed it, but have not received the email confirmation thingy that I normally get when I complete a “city”…. Wonder why?
You also have two city lists on your profile page - one for your progressed cities (globe icon) and one for your completed cities (check icon). I’d expect Jolimont to exist in that completed list. Visiting cities from that list will show your personal stats, as well.
Thanks James. Is there any way to get that email that normally gets sent with the “congrats” and a summary of the city km, how many km I walked, etc once a city is completed? It just seems to have slipped through the cracks? Cheers, Mar
Is it not in your notifications (in the drop down menu under the user icon in the top right hand corner of your home screen)?
hi Liz. It was a good suggestion to check there. Literally every other city that I have completed is in those notifications (with exactly the info I was after)…. but not Jolimont! It is so weird…. But thanks for the suggestion! I can only think it is a glitch in the system somehow??
The data has March 3rd as the date you reached for Jolimont, and the notification records match that. Here’s the notification. I’m about to re-send it, as well, so you have the email (maybe it went to spam?).
