Streets with zero nodes and their physical absence in the city

In my city, Ostrołęka, these streets don’t physically exist. They don’t belong to the city. Can someone remove them?
Streets:

  1. Generała Józefa Bema
  2. Pisarki
  3. Przygraniczna
    Besides, the city hasn’t been updated in over a year. Can someone update them?

I can’t see any if these in the street list for Ostroleka?

Oh no, I’m so sorry! I silently removed them and didn’t have time to reply. I didn’t start a sync for the city, though.

These three streets without nodes and outside the city have disappeared from CS. It’s okay. There are a few remaining streets located within the large factory and are inaccessible. I’ve changed this area and streets in OSM to private access. I understand that an update will fix this and the streets will disappear from CS?
