Show doesn't show another strider's city progress any longer

I am a supporter and when viewing my city progress, I would Show my friend’s status on the same city so that we could run routes together to both pick up new streets. However, recently I stopped seeing anything when clicking Show for him in the Striders list. I cannot see his overall life map any longer, either. He is not a supporter and we are not Friends on CityStrides; I believe we both have full public settings. I notice that for other Striders in our city, sometimes Show displays their status and sometimes it does not. Is there something to change so that I can plan our routes again?

That is because of the new restrictions Strava introduced for third party apps last year. CS is not allowed to show data/routes from runners when the data comes from Strava. When I realized this, my friends asked why they could no longer see my runs in CS, I changed so that my runs are exported directly from Garmin Connect to CS, instead of going via Strava. That means all my runs are visible
