Received a "goodbye" email

I’m baffled as I paid for 4 months and should be good through April. What is this email? It’s entirely possible I had some kind of groping accident with my touch screen, but I don’t think I’ve had the site open that recently. I don’t have the tech savvy to do more than take a screen shot of the visible part of it

Was there a link for you to click on? eg to give feedback.

Looks like a phishing email, though I wouldn’t have thought CS was high profile enough to warrant someone investing the energy into this.

FWIW, if your subscription period had expired (and doesn’t sound like it has), that wouldn’t generate an email like this, or change your basic access to CS. You’d just lose access to supporter features (which I discovered when mine first elapsed while I was out and couldn’t renew it until I got home).

Alternatively, did you (accidentally) revoke CS access to your tracking service?

I removed a ton of very old accounts that had zero activities. You probably had one of those. I’d expect that email you received went to a different address as well.

Does your profile page still exist?

Also just in case, that AI summary isn’t correct (of course ) I’m not ceasing activity tracking services.

Thank you for the insight. Tech is not my strong point. Accidentally revoking permission would be well within my “Oooops” tech abilities, but a run uploaded after the receipt time on the email. I did get a photo of the rest of it. I’m guessing these slightly fuzzy links are active but I’m not clicking on them to find out. Odd how they seem slightly blurry, unless that’s a feature of my tired eyes.

A second profile I had completely forgotten about is certainly possible. It would have to be several years old as my old main email was a BlackBerry address, and I lost access to it. My profile still exists, and uploaded a run right before I saw the email. The AI summary was the first thing I saw, and immediately thought “how weird” and immediately went to the site via my usual route (Google). AI once told me a lake in NE Indiana has a scenic view of the Appalachian Mountains (it doesn’t), so I never believe anything that even remotely resembles AI. Glad to hear you’re sticking around!
