When I try to delete activities from within CS, it tells me I can only delete 1 per hour still, even though I’m a Supporter. Is this something that takes a while to activate? Or perhaps “priority processing” doesn’t go this far? Thanks!
Yeah, everyone is under the same deletion limits due to the strain it puts on the system. I’m thinking up other ways to keep the deletion rate low, but I don’t have any immediate plans.
I’m curious what happened that caused you to have any activities that you feel the need to delete.

So, basically over the past couple of years, I’d start my watch, run to the station, get on the train, get off the train a few stops later, and run to the office. I’d joined CityStrides on a whim but wasn’t too worried about the straight lines between the two stations. However, my OCD has got the better of me, and I’m trying to tidy up my Life Map. It’s a bit of a hassle because I have to go through the whole download, edit, delete, upload, resync process, but whatever.
I guess the most common need to delete is for files like this, or glitchy files?
Perhaps it may be possible to add multiple deletes as a Supporter feature? Say 20 per day? I mean I’m not sure what the analytics on the Deletes are like, or what the load spikes at, but say I have to do this 10 times (200 activities) - it’s easier to do 10 batches of 20 than one at a time for 200 hours…
