If the city + region combo of one of your cities is too long, the overflow makes for inconsistent styling in both the pinned cities list and the in progress / completed lists on your profile/home. Here is an example screenshot. This happens both on desktop and mobile views.
If you’re tracking it down: this is not a new bug, I just never bothered reporting it.
