Node hunter is currently working in LifeMap mode, but not working in city mode. City of Los Angeles in my case. This issue came up a couple of weeks ago, then went away, but the issue came back again a few days ago. Never had this issue prior to this.

I think the last edit to Los Angeles in OSM broke some stuff. There’s a comment in Changeset: 166889872 | OpenStreetMap noting that it’s not searchable in tools such as Nominatim anymore.
There appears to be a string of vandalism edits in LA’s history, as well. Maybe those past edits made their way into CityStrides.
The database is seeing the border as valid geography data 
and I’m unsure when the border was last updated from OSM … could’ve been in the last update on May 28, which could coincide with this changeset.
I’ve reported it in the OSM Slack, so hopefully someone smarter than me can revert that. Once it’s fixed in OSM I can run another border update to see if that fixes it.
Alright, that change was reverted in OSM & I updated the border. It seems like Node Hunter works again, in my quick tests.
I’m fully confused about how that edit broke things … maybe it was an earlier change …
