New phone- how to get app

I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy 21 and now I can’t find the app in the Google Play store for Citystrides. Any ideas how to download it to my new phone?

There’s no app, it’s just a website

I use a chrome tab, works pretty well.

I’ve saved the site on my android phone (Pixel 4) using “Add to Home Screen”
