The core of this was done some time ago - Leaderboard - CityStrides but I think there are some missing pieces. I think most of the missing things are the timeline-based stuff e.g. rolling 30 day stats.
We’ll also get some similar views through the new AMSAP Challenge League (Idea post).
Currently, the Friends list on our profile page (in the tab with the people icon, next to the city list tab) defaults to simple descriptive text. That page could be updated to more of a general stats / leaderboard type display.
