An unincorporated village near me ( Toro Canyon, California - CityStrides ) has just showed up on CityStrides as a city eligible to complete. However, activities completed prior to the addition of the city do not seem to count toward progress. Would I need to remove and reload previous activities to capture older runs’ progress for the city? Thank you.
That should definitely not be necessary. Looks like you have completed six streets there, so you’re saying there should be more? Is your LifeMap showing older runs?
Correct; there are numerous streets on my LifeMap from older activities that show 0% completed in the new city. e.g. Oceanview Avenue - CityStrides

Hans is right, removing activities / deleting accounts / any deletion at all is almost never the fix.
I just sent the whole city in for reprocessing, but there’s a ~30min queue so we’ll have to check back in a bit to see if that helps…
It looks like the reprocessing of the city has resolved the issue. Thank you!
