I was looking over my data and noticed that Worthington, Ohio is missing. When I do a city search for Worthington, Ohio isn’t one of the options. I can’t find a record of the completed streets even though I’ve run there quite a bit. My “life map” does show the streets highlighted, just not represented as Worthington.

Interesting. Worthington is definitely covered by the Sharon Township map, but it’s actually a separate governmental entity. In Ohio, when a city or village incorporates, they split from their township(s) to form their own government.
In 2019, the village of Amelia, Ohio was dissolved and its territory reverted back to the respective townships (it straddled the line between two townships). So it’s not unheard of for cities and villages to disappear. This has not happened to Worthington though.
