Missing Roads - seen by Strave, but not CS

Dear James

I’m noticing that City Strides is not picking up all the streets that should be listed in the Completed and Progressed lists under walks done in the Profile section of my CityStrides page. This means I am undercounting the number of roads I have walked down. Do you have other indications that this happens or an reason why it might. I can provide evidence if needed.

Does the city it’s in exist in CityStrides?
If the city exists, does the street exist in its list of streets (if you’re looking at your own view of the city, from your profile page, then check both incomplete and complete lists)?

My guess is that the city doesn’t exist in CityStrides, either because it doesn’t exist in OpenStreetMap or didn’t when I imported that region/country.
