Hello, I saw somewhere online that it is possible to merge data from two accounts. The “nameless runner” has my historical data from a Garmin account, and I would like to merge it into my current Coros account under my name. The current account link is: amatthai - CityStrides
It would be extremely useful to see my entire lifetime heatmap on one account. If there is anyone who can help with this, that would be amazing!
Also not sure where my username came from, I must be signed in from my unused account.
Yeah, this is easy to do.
In your ‘nameless runner’ account, can you go into Settings and change your email to a modified version of what’s set on your other account? For example, if it’s someone@somewhere.com please change it to someone+citystrides@somewhere.com
I’ll merge them after I can see they match.
(usernames here in the forum are from the ‘handle’ portion of our emails - in that fictional example above, it would be someone)
That reminds me, you’ll probably want to log out of this forum and then log back in after the merge is complete.
Super impressed with the fast response! I changed the email to another email I have with the same name, hopefully that’s what you needed.
