A few people I know can’t get access to their map and it won’t download all their runs. They are both ultra runners. Is that the problem? Has it overloaded the system. It is Rebecca Parry and Christopher Hill that are having issues. Thank you 
Are these two separate issues?
- Their LifeMap doesn’t load for them
- The site doesn’t contain the full history of their activities
I was able to view both LifeMap pages, but laptop got quite warm in the process. 
This might be an issue with the amount of data that I’m trying to display in the browser. I tried on my iPhone & it would almost load but then it would constantly reload itself “because a problem occurred.” I’ve added this problem to my to do list.
