Manually Complete Option Missing?

The Manually Complete option is missing for me. I logged out, and logged back in to see if that is the issue, but it is not. Also, I do not have hard Mode selected.

Here is the “street”. Range Rd 230 - CityStrides It is no trespassing.

Just figured it out. The option has moved. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner (in the pic I posted in my original post) and it is located there!
