Is the machine it does not work on older or less powerful than the others? Keep in mind that newer mobile devices can sometimes be quite powerful.
If it is, it would suggest that it could be the LifeMap is blank issue…
Earlier, you shared some console errors. Some of those are unrelated, but the one that stands out is the very long one that starts polylines.json?only= and ends Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 520 (). This is likely the exact cause … but I’m confused because I see no mention of this in my error tracking software.
Are you still seeing that error logged in the browser console?
