Hello, over the past year of using CityStrides, I have sometimes noticed mistakes that I then updated in OpenStreetMap. However, none of these have been synced with CityStrides yet. The last update seems to be from 2025-09-04, if I interpret it here correctly: Leuven, Vlaanderen - CityStrides. Is it normal that it takes this long to update, and do I just have to be patient? Right now, this is “normal” … I’ve been struggling with this since October, trying to shorten the automatic syncing to as close to monthly as I can get … I have been fully unsuccessful so far. The reprocessing that has to occur after updating the data is a huge burden on the system & I haven’t figured out a way through it yet.
Supporters do have the ability to initiate a sync themselves, but this feature has also been disabled on and off again since October due to the same underlying issue.
