The City Leaderboard is a little weird after a city, that I have completed, have been updated. I can’t find myself on the list, but I see two people on the list twice.
I’ve made this mistake a lot in pagination… The next release will fix this up. I’ve also reviewed all the other paginated lists, to make sure they won’t duplicate things across pages.
