Oh, yeah, it looks like the “Show” button does not display mile/kilometer markers or the arrows. Clicking on the “Go” button for a route does display that.
I should be able to add the arrows & markers to the route via the “Show” button.
Edit: Oh, no, I think I’m misunderstanding your request. You’re asking for the map to always point “forward” instead of always pointing North. I’ll need to look into that again, because a while back it was requested to remove that capability in Disable lifemap 3D tilt on mobile … the removal of pitch/rotation happened in Updates on November 3, 2023 (Release 917) and then the re-addition of two-finger-rotation happened in Updates on November 11, 2023 (Release 927)
It’ll be a bit of work to figure out the best way to add a UI element to toggle this behavior while also not further crowding the map display. I also need to figure out a way to toggle the behavior itself.
