It looks like this remains an issue. OSM had a mistake, with a section of Norman Court Lane incorrectly named as Barlows Lane (the section between the red arrows in the attached image). I renamed that in OSM, so that the entire length between the pink arrows is now named Norman Court Lane.
After the latest CS sync (23-Sep-2025), that amended section has gained the name Norman Court Lane, but has not lost the old name Barlows Lane. You can see that section now has two names.
Checked it in OSM and looks fine so that’s odd. Recall issues however in the past with syncs and cached data. I tried to do a sync of Test Valley but can’t as already done one today. Maybe try again tomorrow ?
BTW I have done part of Norman Court Lane but ought to lose my false one node of Barlow Lane
