I completed all the accessible streets in Bonfim, Porto PT today and found one section that has a locked gate at the top and a collapsed wall and danger tape at the bottom. Travessa das Eirinhas - please see the attached screenshot.
Hi @virginia.schwartzer, there’s two options for you to proceed here, one is simple whereas the other one takes a bit of learning. Either you can mark the street as ‘Complete’ on CityStrides by clicking on the street to open the page for it, and then clicking the ‘Mark as manually complete’ button under the progress bar:
This will set the progress as complete in CityStrides and so your progress will assume this street is completed like the other ones you’ve walked.
Or alternatively and the ‘proper’ way to do it would be to find the street in OpenStreetMap, which is the source for all of the street data on the website, and then set the street to not allow foot traffic. This is a bit more complex as requires you to get your head around the map editor, but would mean that you don’t have to manually set any streets to complete and instead the streets in your city would match that of the ones you’re allowed to walk on. There is a tutorial for doing that here. Once you’ve done that, you’d then need to request a city sync which tells CityStrides to update its street data from OSM.
