I am new here and accidentally logged in to the wrong strava account (one with a different email that I don’t use anymore). I’ve search all around the website and can’t find any way to log out of my account in order to log in with the proper email. Any help would be appreciated!

The top right menu has a “Sign Out” link as the last item in the menu. That’ll log you out.
If you don’t want that other account’s data to stay in CityStrides, or if you’re never going to actually use it, you should revoke access from within that Strava account (not the one you regularly use) - that will delete all its data here, and not sync future activities (two things that help me out a bit).
