Dear James
Is there any way of forcing the Route Builder to connect two points? I often find that if you are trying to go down a footpath, or down a road that contains an obstacle to vehicle, but not foot traffic - bollards, for example - Route Builder thinks the route is blocked and then draws a get around which can be a considerable detour. It would be good if you could override it and make it just connect two points on your route according to what you know to be correct, rather than what it believes to be, which is wrong.

Hi Peter,

The button next to the ‘Route Distance’ in the route planner control box can be toggled to follow roads or make a striaght line.
