Hi! Just started using CityStrides yesterday. It seems my country counter is off. It shows 7 when it should be 9. Looks like everything synced correctly, as I can see my runs in the different countries. Hope this can be fixed?

Even if you can see your runs on the LifeMap, it might be that you have run somewhere where there are no cities that have been imported to CityStrides, in that case the country will not be counted. Or it might even be that a whole is not present in CS, e.g. Lebanon or Trinidad/Tobago.
Yeah that’s it. I’m just missing one country I see now. It’s Caye Caulker in Belize, which doesn’t have a blue line around it when I toggle on citymap. Thanks Hans

It didn’t have any streets up until a few minutes ago … It’s syncing now, so hopefully that fixes up your percentages (it will probably take a while, because there’s a backlog in that queue from some other cities I just aded).

Puerto del Carmen - Lanzarote (Spain)
Funchal - Madeira (Portugal)

Viewing your list of cities in your profile page - Sandra Groot - CityStrides - I only see 4 countries.
Can you confirm that the expected cities exist in CityStrides? Cities - CityStrides

I do know that these activities are uploaded in City Strides.
I searched your list of cities and did not find Puerto del Carmen (searching just “Puerto”), Funchal, Tar, or Vabriga.
For Madeira en Canarias you might be right. For Tar - Croatia it’s still strange. I ran a boulevard of 8km’s…
Definitely looks like you did not complete any street in Tar that is in CS. Which one do you think should be completed?

To be able to help myself in the future, how can I see / look up if I’ve completed a street. Or which streets I still should complete?
If you’ve at least completed 1 street in a city, it should show up on your profile page under the globe icon (the URL should say citystrides.com/users/<your-user-id>). You can then click the city and be brought to the city page (URL should say citystrides.com/users/<your-user-id>/cities/<city-id>). This page shows you which streets you’ve completed (checkmark icon) and which you still have to complete (arrow icon). This is the best place to look up if you’ve completed/still need to complete a street
Alternatively, if the city doesn’t show up on your profile page, but you think you’ve completed it, you can do the following: when you’re on your profile page, you can click on the map icon next to your name, which shows the LifeMap. From here, you can zoom in on an area you’ve run and verify that GPS data is synced to CS as it will display on the map.

I guess the long boulevard I ran, is not an official street. To bad!
