it was ok, but as of 18 jan Amsterdam has been updated from OSM and now I get some streets again with zero nodes. For instance: G.H.Breitnerstraat - CityStrides and Jan Kiststraat - CityStrides and Willem LandrƩstraat - CityStrides

Ah, yeah, I fixed that up today - Iā€™ll send the city for another update now.

James can you check Caloundra Australia. It said 80 streets which I completed 100% but now it only shows/ lists 79 streets and only gives me 98.75% and no outstanding nodes. How can I fix this?

Looks like Caloundra was wrapped up in this batch of inaccurate updates. Its next update will resolve all that - Iā€™ll queue it up now, so you donā€™t have to wait.

I noticed this with some streets Iā€™ve completed as well. I was hoping a city update would fix it, but the recent one doesnā€™t appear to have changed my completed counts.

I have 8 streets that appear to have all the nodes completed, yet they are stuck as ā€˜incompleteā€™.

Maybe that correction will only occur if the streets in question were updated in OSMā€¦ I was able to clear up your stats. This issue shouldnā€™t return.

Iā€™m not sure this is a city progress issue, more of a street count issue, but didnā€™t want to create another thread soā€¦

Admitting right at the top that I may be missing something so Iā€™m hoping for community help or similar experiences. I went to update a spreadsheet and Aaron Fitzsenry is running North Kingstown, Rhode Island - CityStrides seems to have a short street count.

Looking at cell history, I changed the townā€™s street count to 732 after a big update on 11/25 {previously hovered around 719-720) The next update on January 24, 6 were created, 5 deleted. Most recently 3/27, 7 created and 11 deleted. I think the townā€™s street count should be 729 (and still changing after another round of edits), but the profile page lists 723.

I donā€™t see any other city updates in my notifications, am I missing something?

You can receive an e-mail as well as a notification for individual city updates (new streets created, streets deleted, etc.). To get them for individual cities go to your settings page and select notifications. Within that page, scroll down to a list of cities that you have run and select which cities you wish to be notified. Hopefully this helps.

Oh yeah, Iā€™ll get 12 or 15 emails that all pop at once and itā€™s hard to stay focused on work for the rest of the afternoon :slight_smile:

This is a long thread and I havenā€™t read everything, but 2 similar issues:

  1. on 23 May I had 975 streets completed in Bruges
  2. On 26 May I completed 7 more in Bruges (out of 10 streets in total during that run - https://citystrides.com/activities/46766029) but:
  • the city street count only went to 981 while I would expect 982
  • the percentage of completion for the city increased (which is ok)
  1. yesterday I completed 1 more (https://citystrides.com/activities/46939923) but now:
  • the city street count is on 980 (so 1 less than 26 May)
  • the percentage of completion for the city however did increase (not decrease like the street count)

As for point number 3, Brugge updated yesterday and seems to have lost two streets in the process. So

  • Before: you were at 981 out of 1533 streets or 63.99%.
  • After: you are at 980 out of 1531 streets or 64.01%.

With how often cities update now, maybe a similar thing happened between 23 and 26 May.
