Challenges not updated after city updates

I may have found a new version of this related to challenges. I’m taking a second lap around my city and have found or updated many spots after my runs. I see many of these OSM edits appearing as red nodes in places I’ve already covered. An example:

Challenge: CityStrides Lets (re)run PVD
Street I’d updated (added correct name): Arlan Way - CityStrides

Let me know if other data helps, there may be a couple dozen like this?

For anyone following or interested, it’s a simple enough fix (for a solo project) to recreate the challenge and back date the start time to the original.
