Are progressed streets (to completion) counted as a 'completed' street?

Are progressed streets (to completion) counted as a ‘completed’ street? Thanks for any wisdom.

No, if you’re in hard mode completed means 100% of the nodes done. If not hard mode completed means 90% of the nodes taken

Ok thanks Hans. Say you complete 50% then 50% (progress street to completion on the 2nd run) will this ‘completed’ street then show as completed and count towards your completed number?
