Add City Mapped on Google

Hi, are cities mapped on Google, but only a Node on OSM able to be added? I’m not sure why Citrus Park, Florida, USA is marked properly on Google, but I can only find a Node on OSM. Not sure where the mapping on Google comes from. Thank You!

My only data source is OpenStreetMap, so if it’s not present in there then it’s not available for CityStrides.
