Activities not progressing/completing streets

Not sure what’s going on. My runs don’t show finished streets, even when I’ve manually added each link and synced. These are the ones that are showing zero streets completed.

Oops on the last one was incorrect…

I moved your posts to a new topic, because the problem isn’t that these are missing it’s that they’re not progressing/completing streets.

None of these activities have a time (duration), which causes the system to see you traveling e.g. 9.97 miles in 0 minutes. This triggers some code that I have that catches activities that are from people recording flights as walks/runs (  :face_with_symbols_on_mouth: but that’s another thing).

  • Make sure that your tracked activities accurately record your timing
  • Edit the existing activities in CityStrides to enter their timing
  • Let me know when you’ve done that & I can reprocess them

I need to manually edit my runs when Runkeeper crashes en route (getting a phone w/more memory will fix that, I hope!), but whether I edit before sync, or re-sync after editing, those added nodes don’t register - the purple line runs right through them. I had reported one of these on the “Why are my nodes still Red, when I have traversed that street?” thread but it happened again and seems like it might be its own category of issue.

Hilary Caws-Elwitt's activity on June 12, 2026 - CityStrides in Town of Henrietta, New York - CityStrides , affecting Buffalo Horn Circle - CityStrides and Wickwine Lane - CityStrides

Hilary Caws-Elwitt's activity on June 25, 2026 - CityStrides in Brattleboro, Vermont - CityStrides - a bunch of streets, let me know if you need them spelled out

These are triggering a filter I have to exclude people tracking flights as runs/walks. It’s “too fast” because it’s registered as 1.72 miles in 3 minutes. It’s very similar to what’s happening in Activities not progressing/completing streets so I’ll merge this over there.

  • Make sure that your edited activities accurately record your timing
  • Edit the existing activities in CityStrides to enter their timing
  • Let me know when you’ve done that & I can reprocess them (if it’s more than these two, let me know what the others are)

Aha, that makes sense! I did edit the time of the second activity but hadn’t done the first. Now they are both plausible paces. So just resync won’t reprocess on its own? It’s just those 2 that I’ve found, and my new phone just arrived, so fingers crossed I don’t need to bother you again!

They both work, assuming the data in Runkeeper is good.
If you edited the activities in Runkeeper (and not CityStrides) then a resync will fix it.
If you edited the activities in CityStrides directly, then a resync would be a little heavy-handed (it’s a full delete & sync).

I just ran a resync for both the above linked activities.

Excellent - thank you so much as always! Best app ever!
