7 decimal places of wind speed!

It’s good to be accurate, but 7 place of precision for wind speed from “Dark Sky” is a bit ridiculous. I’d be happy rounding to the nearest kph to be honest.

Im guessing this is a localisation thing and I suspect those of you using mph wind speed don’t see what we see…I can’t imagine Jame ever chose 7 decimal places to be displayed.?

This is not new by the way, it’s always done it. I just decided to mention it now.

Interesting. My MPH Dark Sky wind speed is only two decimal places. Which, IMHO, is two more than is needed. :slight_smile:

I wouldn’t be surprised if the “precision” is due to converting from miles.
