Yesterday I finished Mountain Boulevard in Oakland: Mountain Boulevard - CityStrides But it shows as “progressed” on the day’s activity. When I go to the street detail page it says 100% up top and I can’t see any incomplete nodes. I was hoping it was a rounding error and I just need to go clean up one node, but I don’t know which node. I hesitate to use the “mark it manually complete” button because I’m doing everything in Hard Mode and don’t want to take any shortcuts.
Any way I can get this cleaned up? Thanks!
Edit: It just dawned on me that there could be other 100% streets that aren’t actually included in my completed streets. Is there any way to check?
Ah, I see … the street thinks it has 577 nodes when it really has 558.
I re-counted all the streets in Oakland, just in case. Then I ran the percentage code for your account & it added the one street. So you should be all set now.
James, I’m getting the same issue in Lomita, California. This street: Via Desmonde - CityStrides is showing as me having completed it 100%, but it’s coming up as incomplete anyway. It looks like it thinks there are 10 nodes when I only count 9 on the map.
I have an issue that some completed streets are not counted. The problem seems to be that these streets go over the community border and have the same name in both communities. In most cases they are counted as completed in only one of the two communities.
Here is one example, if necessary I can provide a list of all such streets I have the issue with. Germany, Bavaria, Ottobrunn, Anzengruberstraße.
In the streets list for Ottobrunn it says 4 nodes and 75% done. But on the map it shows only 3 nodes. In the streets details it says 100%. I could mark it as ‘mark as manually complete’, but don’t want to do this.
Yeah, there was a bug in older city sync code that could leave streets with incorrect node counts … That would cause 100% to be impossible to reach.
I reset the node counts for all the streets in Ottobrunn, then reprocessed your account. So you should be all set now.
Would it be too insolent to ask if you could do that for our neighbors in Neubiberg as well? I have at least two streets on their side which were not counted as well.
Probably as a side effect I just got the part of Landsberger Straße which is in Schwanthalerhöhe (nested in Munich) as complete even the map shows open nodes. I will make them anyway, so no action for this is required, just wanted to let you know since it seems to be a little strange.
