added a page for Global Running Day with lots of cool live-updating features -

make all searches ignore spaces at start/end, so you no longer have to care about autocorrect adding that extra space -
added a button for myself that allows me to forcefully push a city through an OSM sync
- I don’t usually announce changes for myself, but I think this one is useful because it will allow me to handle the “oh but please sync my city now because [reasons I am so special]” requests
(but seriously, sometimes people have put extra effort into editing a city in OSM & that should be taken into account)

changed MapMyFitness activity sync a bit, to allow some strange data they have
- most people won’t be affected, but anyone who has activities that weren’t syncing into CityStrides should be able to sync them now
