Unable to view incomplete streets - endless spinning wheel

I decided to check to see if any new streets had been added to Edinburgh in the last few weeks and I think there may have been but unfortunately I can’t check the details as I’ve been getting an endless spinning wheel last night and this morning. Is anyone else finding this problem?

Works for me now, checked both Edinburgh and Stockholm, takes maybe 15-20 seconds before displaying
