After completing Milan Municipio 1 & the City of Westminster this summer, I am back in LA and taking on the daunting landscape that is this city. I rely heavily on route builder (love it) and was wondering if it was possible to consider this…
When plotting out routes, could the interface identify if / how many streets would be completed on said route based on my current status? In LA, a large percentage of the streets cross the entire city and I often go for 5-6 miles with as little as 0 or 1 streets completed. The feature I mention would allow me to be a bit more strategic, allow me to continue progressing, and bring some satisfaction that I am making progress.
Thanks for all you do, James.

After you save a route, it does have a ‘Streets’ tab which lists out the incomplete streets it will progress. This list is “live” so if you were to complete any of the streets in that list, then they would not appear later on.
I realize this doesn’t address the issue/idea you’re bringing up - sharing just in case it’s somewhat helpful to you or others.
I think the main issue in building this is the UI … Offhand, I’m not sure how I’d comfortably display all of that information in the space that I have.
Thanks James - this is helpful as I didn’t realize that list was identifying incomplete streets. But yeah, doesn’t tell me what I will accomplish. Could it be as simple as a adding text after the length of the route? For example, if I call a route “05 September Walk”, could the UI look something like this at the top of the page?
06 September Walk
5.82 miles | 18 | ✓ 3
