Dear James
Thank you so much for Citystrides.I wouldn’t be able to walk all of London’s streets without it.
Can I suggest two tiny improvements -
- When you plan a route the mile markers appear smack over the route. Sod’s Law says that more often than not this is over an important piece of information, usually a junction. Can I sugest that the mile markers are offset from the route, so they hide nothing.
- In London at least, paths are unreliable and often are not the through ways the map suggests. Frequently there are walls and fences where there shouldn’t be. Often too they are hard to spot. Can I suggest that when a route goes off a road and down a footpath, bridleway, or alley, it changes coulour. This would make them harder to miss when doing the route and would also warn you that you may be on the way to an obstacle and you need to be extra alert.
Best wishes
Peter
